Primenergy, LLC - an energy process technologies, inc. company. World Leader in Gasification Technology

BIOMASS GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY

While the basic principles of gasification have been studied and developed for more than one hundred years, the applications of gasification technology practiced by Primenergy are pioneer.

With Primenergy’s fully automated, commercially sized, demonstration gasification plant, located at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Primenergy is positioned to meet the renewable energy needs of its clients.

Primenergy’s demonstration plant has the capacity to gasify up to thirty tons per day of biomass or a nominal gross heat release of eighteen million Btu’s per hour.  Our demonstration plant is commercially sized and fully instrumented.

With the demonstration plant, Primenergy can verify recoverable energy and perform stack emissions testing in support of its process warranties for innovative fuels Primenergy’s customers utilize for renewable energy generation.

Primenergy has proven the fuel flexibility of its gasification technology through the successful demonstration testing of over twenty five (25) biomass materials.

With our demonstration facility, Primenergy has been able to implement its goal of continually broadening the application of gasifying biomass to generate renewable energy.  Our research and development efforts have allowed us to develop proactive gas cleaning technology, displacing post combustion air pollution control, whereby providing cleaner technology for the world.

Today, because of unreliable fuel supplies, pressures of increased fuel prices, need for national energy self sufficiency and economic stabilities and, environmental concern, the world is turning towards biomass gasification as an alternative to conventional fossil fuels.

With multiple gasifiers in commercial operation, operating on a variety of solid fuels, innovative gas cleaning technology and, a commercially sized demonstration facility to confirm process guarantees, Primenergy is positioned to meet the renewable energy needs of the future through biomass gasification.
